Privacy notice

The short version: we use your details only to make the introduction you request, and we never sell them.

Who we are

sbabae (sbabae.com) is an EXITstrategies service that introduces businesses and business buyers to independent lenders. We are not the U.S. Small Business Administration and we are not a lender.

What we collect

  • What you choose on the profile card: what the money is for, business type, state and your role.
  • What you type in step two: your name, email address, company or working name, and, if you add them, your phone number, amount and purchase-price ranges, and a message.
  • Your choices: whether you agreed to text messages and whether you ticked the box to share your request with a lender.
  • Basic page details sent with the form: the page address, the page you came from, and any campaign tags in the link (for example, which ad you clicked).

We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank details or tax information, and we do not check your credit. This site does not set advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our web host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

To reply to you, check that your request is complete, pick a lender that does this kind of financing, and make the introduction you asked for. If you agreed to texts, we may text you about this request. We do not use your details for anything else.

Who receives it

  • Our own systems: the customer relationship and email providers we use to receive and answer your request.
  • One lender at a time: only after you tick the sharing box, and we tell you the lender's name before we send anything.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising tools.

How long we keep it

We keep your request while we are working on your introduction and for our ordinary business records afterward. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

  • See or delete your details: email and tell us which email address you used. We will confirm when it is done.
  • Stop texts: reply STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help.
  • Stop emails: reply to any email and ask us to stop.
